I wanted to send along to you and your staff a special note of thanks for your services during our recent move.

The demands of our landlord requiring ORC Worldwide to use Local 814 was the start of what could have been a very traumatic ordeal. Their tactic would have cost us substantially more money had we not had your assistance and constant assurance that their demands were unlawful and would be easily dismissed. Thanks to your personal involvement and the benefits of using Local 1212, we were able to resolve numerous obstacles presented by our building management and security offices. Once we got past their idle threats, it was all downhill.

Working with Barry Winter was an absolute delight! He was available 24/7 and got me through the move with first rate customer service - not to mention humor, coffee and sweets.

Your movers were also terrific. Having the same staff each day freed up my time to work on other things as the physical move progressed. The guys were friendly, extremely hard-working and meticulous with our belongings. The post-move workers, especially, were congenial and helpful to our employees - a service that was appreciated by all.

All in all, what I had perceived to be a very stressful event turned out to be a project that went so well it personally gave me pride as well as great recognition from my colleagues and executives.
